'We stayed for 9 days and really enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time to SPI. The condo was clean and in a great location. It has fantastic views from both the main living area and master bedroom. The balcony is spacious but the chairs were always damp from the humidity so we didn’t sit out there. No screens on the sliding glass doors which I thought was odd but it must be intentional. The glass was always wet so to really appreciate the views from inside you need to open the sliders, also...

'We have not been to South Padre for a few years and missed it. The condo was very close to the beach, so we were able to walk there easily. A cold front arrived along with us so we ended up inside the condo more than we intended, but we were all comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for making some food to eat there, which we did. Everything was very clean.'

'The unit is very nice. Although the unit was smaller than what we had anticipated it would be, its ok we spent our days away. I would recommend a vacation at this unit. We never had any issues that needed management attention.'

'Wow we loved the place clean but Victor said we could only have up to 8 people at a time. He told us that2 people would have to go? They came to visit and not stay the night. The hot Tub was not heating the pool was cold'

'Suntide II Condo has been beautifully remodeled. Very much appreciated little details like having access to a couple of beach chairs and a crockpot. Made for a relaxing evening coming back to dinner done since wait times can be lengthy on some nights on the island. Owners were very prompt with correspondence and look forward to booking with them again.'

'This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.'

'My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. It was super spacious very clean with nice appliances and furniture. Just a couple minutes walk down to the beach. Mark was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit SPI!'
