  • Dit comfortabele herenhuis met twee verdiepingen ligt op slechts 650 meter van Town Beach en op 9 km van het stadscentrum. In een klein complex van 3 herenhuizen biedt deze accommodatie alles wat u zich maar kunt wensen.

    Dubbele lock-up garage met interne toegang tot de ruime open lounge / eetkamer met airconditioning. De grote keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft, inclusief vaatwasser. Ook op dit niveau is de interne wasserette met wasmachine en een apart toilet. Ontspan en kom tot rust na een drukke dag in de prachtige binnenplaats.

    Boven vindt u de grote slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een grote badkamer, de 2e slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en de 3e slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. De grote badkamer heeft een douche en een bad.

    Bedden: Queen in main, double in 2nd en 2 singles in de 3e slaapkamer. Geen linnen inbegrepen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a comfortable stay. Property was well Located close to beaches and town centre, also very well supplied with kitchen, laundry and dryer. There are 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms which is very handy for family group.Only draw back was weak/slow WIFI, and lack of access to BIR/hanging space in main bedroom (had to use other bedroom BIRS). Elders are very good to deal with. We had the Hot water system break-down and they had this remedied within the day. Highly recommend.

I was surprised

First impressions, the property was impressive. However, upon closer inspection, the bed sheets on the master bed had poo stains, every desk/drawer was blanketed in dust and the vacuum cleaner was also extremely dusty. There was also a variety of expired items in the cupboard which was not a pleasing sight. Overall quite disappointed for the price point.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved how proactive the Elders property staff were in contacting us when the State Cup tournament was cancelled. I really liked the ease of picking up the key from the service station. I was expecting a locker process, so it was lovely to be asking the counter staff for the key, very friendly and helpful. As a landlord myself you may want to check out a few minor maintenance activities. These really didn't impact our stay, but if I was the landlord would prefer to know about. 1. Ants appear to be living in the door frame of the front door 2. In the upstairs main bathroom, looks like the toilet has a very slight constant water trickle into the bowl. Hardly noticeable, but water usage could add up over time. 3.I couldn't get the garage door remote to work. I could see a light activate on the remote, but the door didn't open 4. Fridge freezes things. We mostly had drinks in the fridge, so it didn't matter, but a few pieces of fruit did freeze even though I tried to position them in the 'least likely to freeze'spots. Overall property was well presented, beds were very comfy and bathrooms were clean. Loved the convenient location.
