Beachpark 56, 58 Pacific Drive,

  • Dit penthouse-appartement met twee verdiepingen in loftstijl ligt tegenover het populaire Flynns-strand. Met luchtige slaapkamers (raked plafonds) en grote ramen, wordt u wakker met het geluid van de oceaan en gaat u rechtop in bed zitten om de golven op de rotsen te bekijken. Het uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonkamer, de slaapkamer aan de voorzijde en het balkon aan de voorzijde is fantastisch, van juni tot november kunt u de voorbijgaande walvissen bekijken, evenals de zonsopgang en de maanopkomst. In feite kunt u de oceaan bekijken vanuit de open woonkamer op een lager niveau. Winkels, restaurants, postkantoor / flessenwinkel, apotheek, medisch centrum liggen allemaal binnen 150 meter en het populaire surfclubcafé Flynns Beach aan de overkant van de weg.

    Het apparaat beschikt over een 40 LED-televisie, CD-speler, DVD-speler, vaatwasser, elektrische BBQ, plafondventilator in de grote slaapkamer, oscillerende ventilator in de tweede slaapkamer, garage (lock-up, single), wasserette (automatische wasmachine en droger), magnetron , open balkon en eetkamer balkon (overdekt), douche / bad, direct uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de hele open woon / eetkamer / keuken niveau, grote slaapkamer en balkon aan de voorzijde, goed uitgeruste keuken. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As expected the views and proximity to the beach were amazing. The apartment was relatively clean but presents as tired and worn with only basic furnishings. It needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The absence of a few basic amenities such as tea and sugar was disappointing. The use of the garage was a plus. We had an enjoyable stay and loved the beach but might try a different unit in this complex next time.

Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, the house is freezing though as NO heating or heaters there. Elders paper work states towels but a staff member says it’s generic paperwork....You get charged extra fees than what’s stated on stays and they reply it’s only $10.00 umm that’s a lot to a family of 5 in the Financial crisis at the moment that many families are facing.There was a large spider on arrival on lounge 🙈Didn’t comment in guestbook as the owner cannot take criticism then has to put responses to everyone... One roll of toilet paper left is not sufficient for a family of five for a number of nights.... so definitely take your own toilet paper!!

Reviewer Comments: From the information on the website, this seemed like an idyllic unit. Good price. Alas in person, it was a little different. 8 flights of stairs to get to the unit. No lift. Inside the unit the bathroom and bedrooms also required more stairs. The garage supplied with the unit is for a small car only. All other spaces were used by other units so had to use street parking. The rubbish area was a long way away from our unit. The view was very good. Anyone with mobility issues should not use this unit. Overall the unit was well maintained and very clean.
