'Everything was amazing the food on the 9th floor was an added treat for people on that floor. The staff on the 9th floor went above and beyond for our entire stay.'

'Check-in experience wasn't great - had to message the property twice to get the door codes. The code provided was then incorrect so I had to call the number they provided. However, they did respond promptly to my messages and calls and I was able to get into my room relatively quickly. A minor inconvenience.
Seems like some of the rooms were being renovated so there was a bit of noise from that but nothing major.
