'What a lovely property. It’s so cozy and peaceful. It was just as described with all the amenities. We loved being able to hop in the kayaks from the dock and go down the river. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Extremely clean home. Updated, very nice. Certainly a home away from home. The neighborhood is kind of a typical older Central Florida neighborhood. The backyard area is fantastic, the deck is great. The cow trough pool was a super big hit with my autistic son. My husband actually wants to create the same scenario here at our home! The beds were very comfortable. There are pots and pans but they are very used and scratched up so if you plan to cook a lot you might want to bring some of your own....

'The property had everything you needed on site! We only needed to supply the food! Our kids and grandchildren loved swimming. We even had a manatee come to our dock almost every day! It is by far the best property that we have stayed at. I have never seen Florida in that way. Now I understand what Old Florida means. Absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning.'

'Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.'

'There was plenty of room for our large family group. The kids and young adults enjoyed the downstairs with 2 beds and game room while us older adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We swam in the pool everyday and drove to the beach and kayaking where we saw multiple manatees. The owners were very helpful with questions and always quick to respond. '

'The whole experience, from pre-booking all the way through check-out was perfect. The owner was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The home has a significant "WOW" factor when you open the front door. The kitchen is well laid out complete with just about all of the cooking and baking needs (minus the ingrediants) that you need. The entire home was clean and bright. I would stay here again in a heart beat!'
