'The hotel is a traditional hotel and in someway a bit outdated. But just because of this, it has its charm. The location in Fort Townsend is awesome and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. We had a bathroom with a old-school bath. I can imagine that this for older people is a bit difficult to use as the shower because of the high step-in.'

'Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.'

'Excellent with 2 minor exceptions. Parking spaces were too narrow even for a compact vehicle and in order to have room made up one needs to put tag on outside of door requesting it. Paying for 3 nights it was disappointing to only receive drinking water first day and free drink coupons for 1 day. Place was great other than that'

'My 2 daughters and i were at the tail end of a long road trip and needed somewhere to land at 10pm for a restful night of sleep, and some morning swimming before heading the last few hours back home. This hotel checked all our boxes! Free cookies and hot soup in the lobby, great breakfast, super comfy bed and the softest sheets. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we will ONLY stay here!'
