Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals at the house, and plenty of space for my family to spread out and sleep. Also had multiple games to help pass some time at night. '

Unfortunately, the first night we stayed, there was an extremely loud party next door and I was kept awake for most of the night by men screaming outside the windows & people stomping around the unit upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and could hear pretty much every footstep from the upstairs unit. Thankfully most guests vacated after that night...
