'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'Zeer net hotel waar we ons echt thuis hebben gevoeld. De locatie (15 min va Palma) was perfect om het eiland te verkennen maar er zijn ook mooie stranden op loopafstand (groot strand op 20 min, 2 kleinere op minder dan 10 min). Zeer nette junior suite was prima vertoeven en de service geboden bij het huren van een auto (werd naar het hotel gebracht en weer opgehaald) was zeer prettig. Ook de transfer van en naar het vliegveld gaf een extra vakantie gevoel.'

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
