'This is a modern, well equipped cottage. Our host, Janette, was friendly and informative. The property is small farm with wandering chooks and even a couple of guinea fowl. It's conveniently located - only 6km from Oxford. There is a great woodburner fire for the cool weather. The extremely well equipped kitchen means self catering is very easy.'

'The big thing is hotel rooms were just rooms. No TVs, or private bathrooms. Bathrooms including sinks, toilet and shower are community. However, the price is less than half of a normal hotel room. Great for broke college or young people.'

'The studio unit was clean and tidy. Very handy to the town centre and all the eateries. As well as the hot pools. Communication with the host was excellent and no issues accessing the property. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and a heated towel rail to air our towels after our shower in the morning, ready for the next.'
