'Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.'

'El hotel esta localizado en un lugar muy bonito y la vista es increible, tiene detalles con la limpieza y el desayuno incluido es poco variado y sirven muy poco pero de ahi en fuera el personal es demasiado atento y te hacen sentir muy VIP, la zona de bar y alberca son geniales y pasas un rato muy divertido con los demas huespedes aunque no los conozcas.
