'Grand Bahia Principe Explore Punta is the best all inclusive resort in Punta Cana!! The resort itself is beautiful and clean. The rooms are modern and have been recently updated. 'Staff are not helpful at all. Most don’t speak English which I understand we are in DR but it makes it so hard to find information or ask for help. Many times we were laughed at for not being able to understand them. One time we just walked out of a restaurant because the server was so rude.
