'My experience at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana was very disappointing and definitely did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this category.
The food was of very low quality, with little variety and a taste that left much to be desired. In addition, the service was very poor. What was most concerning was that they were in low season and still could not meet the demand.
The restaurants operate without reservations, but when we arrived at 5:00 p.m., we were told there were no tables...

'Two stars only because of the location and the staff. The staff are the greatest asset this resort has. They were friendly, professional, and always tried to help.
Everything else was disappointing.
The food was easily 1 out of 10. This was the first vacation where I actually lost 5 pounds because there was so little worth eating.
The room had issue after issue. There was no hot water in the shower, the bathroom sink barely drained, the bed sheets had holes in them, there was only one small...
