'The actual hotel is not bad, everything is well maintained. The service is horrible, we stay 7 days with 6 nights and in that time the only service worthy of mention was at the pool. They didn’t have any activity for my daughter, not even in the main pool, they only offer a breakfast with the characters for with you have to pay extra if you don’t seat down to listen how they tray to sell you staff for like an hour.
