'The resort is very nice. And big! To get around the resort there was buses which was pretty cool. All the staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Alot of options to eat from. The pools were nice.
The only cons were the food at the buffet wasnt that good. Alot of the food was way overcooked.
There is no room service for food at night, so if you’re hungry, theres nothing at the resort to eat. You’ll have to leave the resort.
At the beach was ALOT of seaweed laying around.
In the room, was alot...

'Although it was for kids, it was still a waste of money. Things that the app said would be open weren’t. The staff wasn’t helpful unless they wanted you to do a presentation for a timeshares. The food was disgusting! It was a pageant there, so they closed down a lot of places just for them. everything closed really early & overall this trip was by gary worst out the country experience.'

'Rooms were great but we went in low season and didn’t have everything they were offering. Example: they have two restaurants but they only opened one per night, not all the bars had all the drinks included and they didn’t have anybody around the pool serving nothing.'
