'Our stay this time was a bit disappointing compared to our first visit. First, check in was extremely delayed. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready until after 4:30 PM. After a long day of traveling, that was frustrating and exhausting. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better.
