'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Wonderful place, beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach is a must, delicious breakfast and the service is excellent. This is an exquisite hotel with a calm and elegant atmosphere, free from the loud merengue and reggaetón music often found at other hitels. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a more tranquil experience.'

'The rooms are spacious and comfortable but dated. The pool is large and water is cleaned and chemically kept up daily. The tiling is in bad shape missing 10-20% or more in every area of the pools floor. The food was ok, last year stayed at the majestic colonial and food was better there. Staff was great at both places Colonial last year and Elegance this year, but the pool staff at the elegance especially Peppa & Michelle were so much fun to interact with. I will say they made the pool scene so...
