All-inclusive hotels in Samaná

'Honest review. This review is based on my own experience and in what I like. Hotel is very organized and clean everywhere, the staff is well trained and super kind with guests. Easy parking. Is not overcrowded. Looks like the perfect hotel. Only bad things are, little or no entertainment, only one restaurant open during lunch and breakfast with not a lot of options. Desserts are awful, no ice cream anywhere, oh and the all inclusive drink is just a weird probably housemade alcohol, if you want...

'Enjoyable afordable clean hotel. The highlights for us were the stunning sea views and great staff. Thank you to Virginia at the bar who helped us with our Spanish lessons and was always a joy. We enjoyed our four nights immensely. The only thing we thought could be better was the food especially in the two restaurants, buffet was far better than both but we still had full bellies everyday. I would happily return again !'

'The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). 'Release the Club Preference rooms on time and as reserved. Don't delay the check-in process until after 5 pm. Don't provide one bed for two adults and one bed for one child, instead of the booked two double beds for three adults. After all, it is an adults only resort.'

'The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to...
