'Sanctuary Cap Cana was amazing but not for everyone. If you are looking for a party with a lot of activities to keep you busy then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a low key, relaxing getaway then this is it. Its not a newer, modern resort like some - the main area is modeled after an old Spanish Town. 'Nice resort , clean room and common areas. Plenty staff, so really quickly available to assist.
The food is better than average all inclusive resorts, we found the Navigator and Chinola dinner menu the best.
The beach is practically not enjoyable because of the sargassum, despite their daily huge effort to clean it, I suspect without that, it would be much worse.
The spa is phenomenal!!
The water park is small but probably great for young kids; mine was a little too old ( 12 ) for that. Overall...

'The staff, specifically Leoncio was so amazing to see every morning he was such a positive friendly person. All the staff was amazing. We only had an issue one evening when we went into the sports bar. The staff were very rude and were talking about us in front of us. We didn’t visit the sports bar again. Overall a great experience.'

'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het is een zeer uitgestrekt en idyllisch hotel vlak aan het strand. Er zijn vele bars en restaurants met een grote variëteit aan keukens, voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was niet altijd even proper gepoetst en toonde toch wel wat gebruikssporen. Jammer vonden wij dat er geen souvenirshops waren in de buurt van het resort en de vrij lange afstand tot de luchthaven.
