The ground floor has one full-bed bedroom and half bath; living, kitchen, and dining are on the second floor; two queen bedrooms and one full shower bathroom are on the third; and two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry are on the fourth. The townhouse spans four floors with about three interior flights and no elevator. A ground-floor bedroom is available without interior stairs, but the living room, kitchen, included full bathrooms, laundry, and other bedrooms require stairs. The townhouse includes a full kitchen. Appliance condition can change; message through the booking channel if something is not working. The townhouse washer and dryer are on the fourth floor. The attached studio does not have separate laundry.



Guest Access:

Private townhouse interior and assigned exterior entrance. The attached studio is not included with this townhouse reservation. Keep the internal connecting door closed and do not enter the studio. Standard check-in is 4 PM unless an earlier time is separately approved.



The Neighborhood:

Urban, multi-unit location near restaurants and event venues. Shared-wall, street, freeway, or event sound may be audible. Check current maps and venue calendars for conditions during your stay.



Getting Around:

Use current TriMet and live map information when planning transit, walking, cycling, or rideshare; routes and travel times can change.



Other Things to Note:

There is no dedicated or on-site parking. Do not park directly in front of the building Monday–Friday from 7 AM–6 PM because the neighboring business uses those spaces. Follow every posted sign; street availability, price, time limits, and vehicle fit are not guaranteed.



Wi-Fi is provided, but a particular speed or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.



This is a multi-unit, shared-wall property near an urban roadway. Neighbor, hallway, street, or freeway sound may be audible; quiet conditions cannot be guaranteed.
