'Arrived at the motel at 3:15, was told the room wasn't ready (check-in was supposed to be at 3:00). Staff was unapologetic.'

'Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel.'

'The breakfast was a joke. The reason we booked was because of the made to order breakfast that was advertised. It was non-existent. The eggs were made in a bag, the sausage was like rubber and not the color sausage should be. Very displeased with breakfast it was worse than McDonald’s. We couldn’t get clean towels for 2 days before we went to front desk and had to ask for them.'

'Front desk staff was friendly and attentive to guest requests. Postcards available at the mini store. Clean rooms. Ample selection for breakfast. Pool area clean with towels provided. Jacuzzi good temperature but jets were weak.'
