  • West Haven House is op een particuliere, 1/2 acre veel. Het is gemakkelijk om hier te ontspannen na een volledige dag van de vele activiteiten die in het Portland gebied. De locatie is het beste van beide werelden, met veel privacy, maar slechts ongeveer 10 minuten rijden naar Portland's Pearl District.

    De werf is vol van grote bomen en er is gras aan de voorkant en aan de zijkant voor de kinderen om te spelen. West Haven House is gelegen in een mooie, rustige buurt.

    Het huis zelf is zeer comfortabel en schoon. De bedden zijn gloednieuw. De master bedroom heeft een grote inloopkast en een ruime spa, zoals badkamer. Het bad is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een high-end koningin matras. De derde slaapkamer heeft twee grote kwaliteit matrassen. Alle slaapkamers zijn boven en het voelt alsof je in een boomhut met uitzicht op de tuin! De bonus kamer heeft een queen bed en een ligbed met een uitschuifbed. Er is ook een tweede badkamer in de hal boven. Beide badkamers zijn boven. Er is een haardroger. Alle beddengoed zijn nieuw en van goede kwaliteit. De grote bonus kamer heeft een televisie en veel ruimte voor de kinderen om te spreiden en hebben hun eigen ruimte. Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk.

    De wasmachine / droger zijn boven. De volledig ingerichte keuken is beneden. De keuken is open naar de eetkamer, die leidt naar de zeer comfortabele woonkamer, met een 50 inch televisie en een open haard op gas. De ramen in het huis kijken naar de privé-tuin met veel bomen. U kunt zelfs zien herten zwerven door de tuin!

    Kabel en high speed draadloos internet zijn aanwezig. Het huis beschikt over centrale lucht, maar het blijft erg koel in de zomer met alle van de bomen. Het huis is binnen een mijl van de MAX Light Rail, die je meeneemt naar de dierentuin, het centrum, naar de luchthaven, etc. Market of Choice, een mooie gloednieuwe supermarkt, is ongeveer 1. 5 mijl afstand. Market nieuwe seizoen is ook in de buurt, evenals Costco, een bioscoop, vele restaurants en winkels.

    West Haven House is de perfecte plek om rustig te ontspannen na een leuke dag in de stad of op naar de bergen.

This was an amazing property. Rooms were comfortable. We had 5 families with us and we had plenty of space. The house is gorgeous and I would recommend this as a place to stay. It was 5 minutes from a grocery store, close to downtown Portland. It was peaceful outside and we even had a baby deer visit us.

For our siblings reunion we could not have chosen a better place ,was all more than expected. Thanks for the wonderful coffee and delicious wine.The room with twin beds had problems with light plugs not working and one lamp now switch, other than that , everything thing worked perfectly,All beds were very comfortable and loved the bi garden tub.We saw several doe with their fawn , and watching the birds early in the morning wits cup of coffee a treat

Great House!

Very clean; well appointed kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Great neighborhood; quiet, nice for walking, minutes from stores and highways. Rooms are spacious with TVs, closets with hangers and comfortable beds. We would certainly stay here again!

Margaret’s home is first rate. We had a fairly large group and never felt on top of each other. Very spacious!Things were exceptionally clean and the house was stocked with everything you could need and more. It is obvious how much TLC Margaret puts into the home. Communication was wonderful. Attentiveness to a special circumstance our group had was really appreciated. Absolute idyllic setting too!Highly Recommend!!!

Great family home close to all things Portland

This house was everything promised. Great location (close to coffee, beer, food, downtown), but private on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our hosts, Margaret and Gino were extremely responsive and we had zero negative issues. Highly recommended.

We visited from Jersey for our yearly trip. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bed as the house is huge and in a nice neighborhood. We didnt do any cooking but its well equipped equipped fo any cooking

We had an absolute blast, the house feels VERY private, huge trees surrounding all sides, as someone from Texas, it's always amazing to see how big the trees are here, 10/10 would stay again, the host literally responds instantly, and will help with all needs!!

Great getaway that’s close to portland

We came together for a family event (9 of us) and the house had plenty of room and was in a great location. The beds offered a range of comfort levels. Some were great. Some were not great. The shower temps were also a little on the cool side.

Wedding weekend

Nice big house in a forest setting. Enjoyed sunshine on the sheltered patio, sat by the warm fireplace during the cool mornings. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Very useful to have a washer and dryer upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and felt fortunate to have found the place on VRBO. Very cool to have a doe and her two fawns roaming the backyard.

Multigenerational Celebration

Lovely home in a beautiful lush setting with wandering deer and plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out a bit. The first floor bedroom and bath allowed our oldest family member to avoid the stairs! The other bedrooms and baths upstairs were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the little things you just need a pinch or splash of for cooking a meal. Keeping this home on our list for future stays in the Portland area!

Family Trip

This property is absolutely beautiful. We had 7 adult family members for a weekend getaway. The home is comfortable, warm and spacious. The surrounding property is blanketed with luscious trees, plants, flowers and ferns. There are windows overlooking the property and we were able to enjoy watching the deer graze on the lawn each morning while enjoying our coffee. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is only quick drive to the city center for livelier entertainment. We loved this home. home.

Pacific Northwest Retreat is wonderful in every way.

The property is awesome. I love everything about it. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I hope to stay there again:) One small note for Margaret is that the info on the VRBO website states Check out before 11AM. It would be helpful to fix that if you want the guests to check out before 10AM. I did see the 10AM time in the book of instructions you have for guests, but decided to go with the time that I contracted for on the VRBO rules & policies.

Great for family gatherings

The house was located in a quiet, forested area. Local population included a family of deer and 3 fawns. they came to visit every day. There were 5 rooms, including a very spacious master bedroom with a huge bath and walk in closet. All the amenities were available and in working order. there was enough room for my family of 10 to be bedded in their own rooms and with a lot of space for communal cooking and meals. A very big back yard, rimmed with trees, was the perfect setting for games and water play in the hot weather. Family though this was the best of the BNBs we've stayed in over the last few years.
