Verderop in de straat een blok naar het westen tussen 13 en 14 zijn Caffe Destino, Verdigris Franse keuken, Rose City Book Pub en Acadia: A New Orleans Bistro. 1/2 mijl lopen naar het noorden brengt u naar de eclectische Alberta St. met lokale winkels, cafés, bars, galerijen en de Alberta Street Fair. Geniet van Portland's beste ijs bij Salt & Straw, bezoek Powell's City of Books, bekijk het historische McMenamins Kennedy School Theatre of dineer met je hond in Tin Shed op Alberta!

Het hele huis is van jou! Zeer privé maar toch dicht bij alles en gelegen in een van de meest gewilde buurten van Portland. De ruimte is uitgerust met een grote capaciteit wasmachine / droger en complete keuken met groot fornuis, magnetron en koelkast. Koffiezetapparaat met lokaal Stumptown-brouwsel, Tazo-thee, servies, bakvormen en bestek. Open kast, waterzuiveringssysteem, queensize bed + queensize slaapbank. Genoeg ruimte om rond te hangen als je binnen wilt blijven met Smart TV met Nexflix-toegang en blu-rayspeler. Comfortabel en ontspannend; veel licht met top-down / bottom-up tinten. We were in town for a conference and this was a great little house in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. It's near by a whole foods and close to a Safeway grocery. This little house had almost everything we needed for our week stay in Portland and was more convenient and comfortable than a hotel. The bed was comfortable. The tv had lots of options. They had a lot of pots and pans for your baking needs and lots of towels. Our daughter loved it. If we come in to town again we would stay here again.

Sabin Studio!

Teddy’s cute little garage conversion studio was spotless. Although tiny, it was perfect for the two of us for a quick weekend trip to the city. The location is in a nice quiet family oriented neighborhood and we appreciated the off street parking. This made it so easy to unload & load our luggage & food. As advertised there is a washer & dryer if needed but, be sure to bring a bit of laundry soap. You’ll also need to bring your own bar soap or body wash for the shower as well as shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need to make a meal & we appreciated the complimentary local coffee & tea choices. Bring your own foil, plastic wrap & ziplocks. As advertised, there is not a dishwasher or disposal but, that was not a bother for us. There’s a nice walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. All the linens were soft, & freshly laundered. Bed was comfortable. We honestly have never stayed in a cleaner rental and would gladly stay here again. Thanks Teddi for making your cute little spot available.

What a cool property!

It was a perfect location and allowed us to be walking distance from groceries, food, and cafes! The house is stocked and easy to run smoothly. Will definitely be staying here again when we get back to town!

Close to perfect

The most place was immaculate. Kitchen had everything you can ever want if you were to cook. The bedding was very nice, great quality as so were the towels. Great quite neighborhood and the best part is able to park in the driveway. My only critique would be the sofa sleeper was super uncomfortable as were the chairs.

Small and fantastic!

Super clean, small yet well laid out, comfortable and very well stocked. This converted garage was in a perfect location for us. It was an easy walk for two of us and a dog to Alberta Arts and Williams/Mississippi but situated in a very quiet dead end street. I highly recommend!

Super clean and comfortable!

This place is very clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our toddler and two dogs and didn’t feel cramped at all. Having its own driveway and not having to deal with street parking was very nice as well. It’s in a great neighborhood that felt safe and is quiet and dog-friendly, and is only a mile away from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. Owner checked in with us before our arrival. Will definitely save this place as an option for future visits.

A Gem in Sabine!

My husband, 16 year old daughter, and i all stayed here and loved it. Furniture is comfortable, bathroom is clean and roomy. Kitchen is more than adequate and the coffee and tea was delightful. We really like thia neighborhood too. And this gem of a spot is very quiet! We would definitely love to come back!
