'The room was very clean And quite spotless. The bed was serviceable pillows slightly hard. The décor wasn't to my taste. The desk was slightly unstable. A small Gap in the wood flooring. The shower but leaked everywhere. Room was quite cold despite heating Good stuff, experience and great location for layover needs. '

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '

'Advertised as 2 king size bedrooms abut 1 double and 1 extremely small twin, hardly any room. Kitchen and lounge great, bathroom needs an update. '

'The hotel room was ok and spacious. Shower gave not so much water. But in general it was a rundown place. We had to wait for food and breakfast long times. At breakfast some plates were not clean. The juice containers were almost empty. And on our departure date we couldn’t get breakfast because of a problem in the kitchen. While having breakfast there was the constant noice of the vacuum cleaner. When mobbing the floor, the employee hardly cleaned the mob in the bucket. The general appearance...

'Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. '
