'I reserved this property days in advance. The morning of check in i kept messaging and calling for an address and no one replied. Hours after check in time someone called me back to say the property wasn't available. I was left stranded with no place to stay. '

Jheanell, the host was so thorough with her check in process that I had no issues with anything and so didn’t need to bother her during the trip.
