'We had a very nice first week of our holiday in this apartment that was clean and in a very good location on the Costa Smeralda. The apartment is not big (I think about 50m2), but it has a good layout and also a very nice covered balcony overlooking the sea. Because it was very hot we often went for a swim in the beautiful sea, which is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is nice, not too crowded, and there is a little restaurant. 'Wir waren Mitte Oktober zur "Nebensaison" auf Sardinien und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Wir waren total begeistert und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut. Von uns eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

'We arrived late, and first impressions were not good - rubbish and recycling left outside the apartments at night, very basic kitchen (only hobs and fridge, no oven, grill, toaster or kettle) and cupboard doors not closing properly.
