- Check-out ends at 11:00; after that time you will be charged midnight and if you want to leave after 14:00 you will be charged for the whole night.

- The tourist tax in Porto is €2 per night per person for up to 7 nights.
- Our space is 'Self-Catered'! We offer a welcome kit with toiletries for the first day. These are complimentary treats! For replacements or replenishments, we provide them at an extra cost;

- We ask that all guests complete a registration form in accordance with local legal obligations in Portugal. This form will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.
If you're taking public transport, just take the metro and get off at Trindade station. From there it's just a 10-minute walk to the apartment.

SUSTAINABILITY RULES
Turn off the air conditioning, heating, lights and appliances when you leave the house (if available in the apartment).
Help us keep the place clean: dispose of garbage in the specific bins available around the accommodation.
Preserve the towels: avoid stains so as not to damage the material. Damaged towels will have a unit cost of 19€ (bath) and 10€ (face).
RULES WITH KEYS
We know that keys can be damaged or even lost; if this happens, we are here to solve the problem quickly, but you need to check the cost in advance.
