'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. 'Beautiful hotel located right in the centre of Palma. Excellent service by friendly staff. Only one point of improvement: the noice from the hallway could be heared inside of the rooms. '

'Hotel had a good location, near by the sea, shops and restaurants and it felt safe. Pools were clean which was nice. Cleaning service comes by everyday but they once forgot to change the dirty towels and they don’t change the sheets. Also the walls and doors are so thin you hear a lot from outside of your room. The check in/out was very easy and the service was nice. '

'Gedurende 20 jaar heb ik dit hotel een 4-tal keren bezocht voor een korte vakantie. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Ontbijt en restaurants voldoen aan hoge wensen en dat tegen redelijke prijzen. Kamers zijn ruim en goed ingericht, echter nog steeds voorzien van donkerbruine vloerbedekking, wat niet echt hygiënisch is. Plafondverlichting tussen de gebouwen en liften is minimaal en neergezette ouderwetse fauteuils, lijken er ook al zo'n 20 jaar te staan. De loungebar is nogal ouderwets, is...

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '
