'Host is communicative and relaxed (not trying to micromanage your stay). I forgot to check the pics and descriptions for a microwave but there isn’t one. Alternatively, there is a hot plate and a pot. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the coffeemaker not working and having one washcloth for two people but it was pleasant other than that. '

'Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us, it wasn't very hot, and there's a large fan4. Wi-Fi signal is pretty weak (barely any in the backyard),...

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
