The spacious 135 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and offers everything you need for a carefree stay.



It consists of an open-plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a large terrace ideal for morning coffee or evening socializing with an al fresco meal.



The apartment has three bedrooms - two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds that can be joined together if desired.



An additional sofa bed in the living room allows for accommodation for up to 8 guests in total, along with two modern bathrooms with showers for added comfort.



The outdoor area will delight you with a private pool, barbecue area, trampoline, table tennis and bicycles available on request - perfect for fun and relaxation under the sun.



Guests have complete private use of the yard and pool, while the owners live on the upper floor of the house with a separate entrance on the opposite side.



During their stay, guests enjoy peace and complete privacy, but the owners are always discreetly available if you need help or recommendations.
