The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. 'This is our second time staying at this property, and our most recent visit was even better than the last! Our large group stayed for a week and we had the best time. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. 'The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. '

'The house was beautiful and in great condition. Jairo was an amazing host! He was very responsive and set up some great adventures for us (white water rafting, catamaran, waterfall hike). Johana was outstanding. She cooked excellent breakfast every morning and kept the property clean and tidy. She always had our beach towels cleaned and folded for us to start the day. The property is on a fairly steep hill so I would recommend renting a golf cart. '
