Ideal base camp location for day trips to Yellowstone, Beartooth Mountains, Cody, Chief Joseph Highway, Sunlight Basin, Pryor Mountains, Red Lodge, Powell, and others. What cannot be overstated or even adequately conveyed is the view all the way around. Beartooth Mountains in your face to the north, Pryor Mountains...

'I was blown away by the hospitality for our dogs. Rock Creek provided us with plush dog beds and each pup got their own goody bag with a bowl, treats, a tennis ball, and baggies for pick up. I wouldn't ever mind paying a dog fee if more places operated like Rock Creek Resort. This will definitely be the only place we stay in the future! '

'Parking was easy and close to the cabin. Cabin was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The only downside was that all the porches face each other, which would lead to a lack of privacy if multiple people decide to sit outside.'

'We had a very short but wonderful time at the Bunkhouse. Surrounded by horses, and the beautiful view of the Pryor mountains. The room was very well equipped and decorated with much love and attention to detail. I could even read Ginger Kathryn's book about Cloud, the wild mustang stallion. '
