'The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location with there being a short walk into the heart of the Pearl District. The hotel and our room were clean and well maintained. There’s a towel warmer in the large bathroom, which was a nice touch. Bed comfort was ok. I think the mattress was a hybrid or inner spring which was a little bouncy and offered no movement isolation. Pillows were too fluffy for us as they were very high.
