Very stylish hotel with plenty to look at and admire. Birthday cake surprise was a great surprise. The restaurant has a great but simple menu. Service there is sloppy though. Asked for firm pillows and was delivered the same pillows that were in the room. On check out informed by duty manager in fact they had firm pillows but a mix up happened. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel were 2 nights sleeps were bad due to this. Its an expensive mistake on behalf of the hotel. Also check out invoice not shown on checkout but rather just sent to email address. Very odd. Would like to have seen what I paid for. Design of rooms have many well thought out details.
