Er zijn luxe appartementen, en dan is er het appartement The Collection Kozi: een icoon van expressief hedendaags design, waarbij aandacht voor detail wordt gecombineerd met de nieuwste moderne apparatuur. De Kozi-collectie is gewoon de perfecte plek om in Praag te zijn.

Het is een uniek appartement van 130 vierkante meter, gelegen in het hart van de drukste wijk van Praag, op een gewilde locatie en zeker een van de mooiste adressen in Praag. Het grenst aan het Oude Stadsplein en op korte loopafstand van de beroemde Joodse Oude Stad, het ligt ook dicht bij het Plein van de Republiek en de beroemde Parizska-straat met zijn brede selectie uitstekende winkels.

Op korte afstand bereikt u de linkeroever van de rivier de Moldau, de Karelsbrug, vervolgens de kleine stad en de wijk Kasteel van Praag. U wordt verwend met de keuze voor plaatsen om te bezoeken wanneer u op dit prestigieuze adres verblijft.

Rached was a great host. Upon arrival, his colleague met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was, including the instructions for the combined washer and dryer. Rached arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon our departure which was greatly appreciated. Rached also provided us local restaurants to dine which were wonderful. Try the local food, it is delicious. The apartment is lovely and it looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, quiet, well furnished, and a fantastic location to everything. Felt very safe. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. There is a pastry/cafe/coffee shop 20 steps from the apartment, which we used daily. Plus a grocery store across the street at the far corner. Walked to all our tours which was no more than 20 minutes away; usually most were 10 minutes. My niece and I had a fantastic time and I would definitely stay here again at Collection Cozy upon my return to Prague. I think it’s my new favorite city.

This was an excellent location for our first visit toPrague. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and well equipped. Check in and communication with the owner was exceptional. The apartment is within a 5 min walk to Old Town, restaurants and grocery shopping.

We have rented this property twice. It perfectly meets our location, amenities and owner needs. It’s located on a commercial street that is relatively quiet in comparison to the hustle & bustle of the Old Town Square, which is only a 5-minute walk from this property. The apartment is secure and the surrounding area safe. Also, amazing concerts are regularly offered at most of the historic Old Town cathedrals, which are within a 15-minute walk or tram ride. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. Reliable and fast are the best adjectives to describe the WiFi and washing machine. What makes this property stand out as “THE BEST” is the owner Rached. He is an exemplary property manager. He promptly responded to all my inquiries before and during our stay. All my interactions with him were professional, thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, calme et très bien situé. La literie assure de bonnes nuits par le confort. Rachede est à notre écoute et très réactif aux demandes Une boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble et une épicerie à 2 minutes ont facilité les repas que nous avons cuisinés. Je recommande cette location et j'aimerais bien y revenir !

We booked this place as we liked the photos and the location. The apartment did not disappoint. It's in an older building but the apartment is completely renovated and has super-high ceilings and the modern amenities you expect. It's very spacious and nicely appointed. There is one bedroom at the back with an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom is in the middle. The kitchen, dining room & living room are very spacious. The apartment is steps away from restaurants, bars, bakery and convenience stores. It's 3-4 minutes walk from the old town square. This was an excellent base for our time in Prague.

This apartment worked perfect for us. There were three of us to include our young adult daughter. It was nice that after a long day of being out, we could come back and enjoy alone time. It was specious and comfortable. There is a bake shop on one corner (best in old town in my opinion) and a convience store on the other corner. We walked everywhere, it was so centerly located. We did take the train out of town one day, and it was an easy walk to the main train station. The host is amazing and communication was very fast. We opted use the driver and get picked up and dropped off at the airport, it was the best decision for us. Saved alot of headache and stress.

There are not enough words to describe this place and the Host. The property is setup so it really feels like home and our Host was amazing. Great communication, very courteous and responsive. He really made us feel like we could relax and have nothing to worry about. The beds are so comfortable, the towels plush, and the coffee amazing. I will be back to Prague and we will stay here if it is available.

Excellent!!! Everything is just right at this place. Location is perfect! We had a car, but never used it, just to drive from and into the airport. Two bedrooms two bathrooms for two couples is perfect combination. That coffee machine is great. We already ordered the same one for ourself. Plus it had coffee beans for the whole week we were there. That is the right way to do business. Once again, just EXELENT!!

This property was just what we needed for our Cristmas vacation. My family, including two young kids, had a wonderful time. The property is very comfortable and fully equiped, centrally located, and well manged. Rached, the host, was amzazing. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Excellent location right by old town center. The bakery at the corner was amazing and we used it every day sometimes more than once. The apartment was well supplied and very comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a fabulous coffee and tea bar. We felt very secure at all times and enjoyed having the lift to get to the fourth floor. The hosts were amazing and very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Vladimir was wonderfully friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cutlery. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom was great to have. In other words, this apartment is exactly as promised and is hosted by very good people. A few small words about what could make it the best. The heating system is unable to be changed. That means the tenant has no control. The thermostat is set to a temperature that cannot be adjusted. That meant that we were often colder than we would have preferred. It would be better if the tenant could adjust the temperature. There is very little room on either side of the bed in the master bedroom. That means that only very small nightstands can be used. And there are lamps on this nightstands. That leaves very little room for anything else. Too charge your phone in the outlet by the bed, you'll have to unplug the lamp. Finally, the shower diverter in the bathrooms didn't work. Again, these are small items in a great apartment. We thank Vladimir and Rached for their hospitality and for making our time in Prague very special.

This was a great place in a perfect location. We were one block from the center of Prague. The best bakery in the city was located on our corner which was perfect for daily breakfasts. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you can imagine. two large bedrooms and best of all, when you're traveling with someone, separate bathrooms ! Rached responded to everything immediately and gave us several good restaurant recommendations, we sampled them all. This property is worth more than 5 stars , but I know that's the maxium we can give !

This beautiful spacious apartment is very clean and convenient. The owner met us at check in and coordinated a driver to meet us at the airport. The apartment building was very secure. There was a coffee machine and tea. We loved our stay here and we’re able to walk almost everywhere. Would highly recommend this apartment.
