Adem de geschiedenis van het oude Praag in een uniek 2BDR-appartement met twee badkamers midden in de stad. Blijf op slechts 100 meter van het Wenceslasplein, heb directe toegang tot het metrostation, trams en vele winkels en restaurants. Leuke patio, originele kunst, twee tweepersoonsbedden, twee slaapbanken, mooie magische tuin met café in de achtertuin, snelle WiFi, wasmachine / droger in huis, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken - alles voor uw comfort en een goed gevoel. Kom en ervaar het geweldige oude Praag!
Appartement Dientzenhofer - rustig wonen in het stadscentrum in een barok huis met het magische tuincafé in de achtertuin. Praktisch appartement met twee slaapkamers (één op de vide), woonkamer en kleine serre / patio. Het appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van het gebouw. Twee badkamers, wasmachine / droger in de woning staan tot uw beschikking. Gezinnen zijn welkom, het grootste voordeel van het appartement is de locatie: u woont in een drukke straat Vodičkova, maar de luidste geluiden die u zult horen, zijn de klokken van de nabijgelegen kerk van Onze Lieve Vrouw van de Sneeuw of de openbare piano uit de Franciscaanse tuin, die is heel dichtbij. Goed uitgeruste keuken met fornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, servies en bestek. En geweldige nieuwe bluetooth-luidspreker voor uw gebruik! Leuke originele kunst voor je beste woonervaring.
Gasten hebben toegang tot alle faciliteiten van het appartement. Er is een moderne kitchenette met fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron, espressomachine en broodrooster, vervolgens twee onlangs gerenoveerde badkamers, wi-fi, wasmachine / droger.
Let alstublieft op kunst en tapijten, het zijn historische stukken en we willen ze bewaren voor alle andere gasten. Bluetooth-luidspreker tot uw beschikking.

Great location! 12 minute walk to train station. Host Vladimir met us with the key and showed us around. Coffee and laundry soap already at the property. Very nice - would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but....

I booked this apartment based on the photos and great reviews. We were disappointed in the space to say the least. Our biggest complaint was the upstairs loft space. The spiral staircase leading to the loft was dangerous. It literally has a part of the beam scooped out to keep you from hitting your head! You could not stand up straight while going up or down the staircase. Bringing our luggage up and down was a struggle. The landing at the top is a triangle and is the doorway to the bathroom. I was petrified I would step out of the bathroom and forget that part of the doorway is the first step! The downstairs bedroom and bath were nice. It was also billed as being very quiet, but we had considerable noise from neighbors late at night, both nights we were there.

We were 4 adults. Excellent stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, the beds were comfortable, the 2 bathrooms were clean and hot water for showers was plentiful. The location is excellent, all transportation, tourist areas, restaurants and supermarkets are within a short walking distance. I would certainly recommend this property to others. Many thanks.

Great Host. Great Home.

Fantastic stay! Ondrej, our host, was extremely accommodating and willing to give quick responses to my many online questions. He also provided instructions for everything from WIFI to how to operate the espresso machine. Thanks, Ondrej. The home was lovely, just as advertised. The old building, room design with old wood accents throughout, fit this historic region of the city, perfectly. We felt like true residents. Again, our stay was fantastic! We would gladly stay again. Great host. Great home.

Most wonderful apartment throughout our stay

This is our favorite apartment on this trip, or I may even say , in all our trips so far. Location is wonderful, easily accessible to all the main attractions and restaurants and activities. It is still relatively quiet. Well, except for some activity sounds from the restaurant downstairs. But I slept through it all ! The apartment inside is charming, spacious, clean and with lots of amenities (washer AND Dryer), coffee, 2 bathrooms. It has lovely plants all over and some selected rugs too. Both our daughters loved their own space and fell in love of the house instantly. Owner is very responsive and friendly and took care of our concerns immediately.

We had the best stay in Prague! This apartment was so perfect for us, and the location could not have been better. The kids were able to go out at night on their own, and walk just about anywhere. It’s close to Metro and tram stops. He also loved the old world charm And beautiful decor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A beautifully furnished home

This apartment was lovely, with a newly renovated bathroom and modern amenities. A short walk from many of the popular spots in Old Town, as well as many restaurants. Schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen ! In Prag ist nichts wie es scheint im positiven Sinne , immer schön in die Innenhöfe schauen 👀 ! Super ist auch gleich die Straßenbahn vor der Tür,die man unbedingt nutzen sollte !

Great stay

This unique property is exactly what we were looking for. We like places with personality and this one had it. Lovely tall windows with plenty of light, great rugs on the floors and walls, and comfortable beds. It was perfect for my husband and I with our 22 year old daughter in the loft space (up spiral stairs). Easy walking distance to everything. Fantastic communication with the owner. People with stair aversion due to physical constraints should realize there are a couple of flights to walk up. Wasn’t an issue for us but might have been for my parents. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and incredible charm

This property was an amazing location right in the heart of Prague. The owner was great communicating with us and property had amazing charm. Location made this the perfect location like a hidden gem in the heart of Prague. The loft area was very quirky and a lot of fun for my kids to use. The only drawback was the smell of smoke that came from the smoker that the restaurant used in the courtyard that the balcony overlooked. This of course was no fault of the owner or the property. I would have no problems renting this place again if I have the opportunity to come back.

Cozy apartment in a beautiful city.

Check-in was easy, picking up the key was easy, the apartment was clean, it was exactly as advertised and it was in the ideal spot for exploring. Perfect for a family with young children (6 upwards). Would not recommend for younger children as the upstairs could be interpreted as being sketchy. Overall it’s a fantastic place to stay.

Amazing. Perfect location!

We had an amazing time! If we were in need of anything (which was only a couple times) all we needed to do is contact him and it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
