Lovely family stay in a great location
We had stayed in their suite which was very nice. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We all loved the breakfast as the chef prepared something extra each day. Staff was courteous. Location is great as its walking diatance to Palladium mall and Namesti Republiky.

Small Hilton very near to centre
Compared with other Hilton hotels this hotel is small but nice. It makes it more intimite. Not the most modern hotel but decoration and furnishments are ok. Breakfast is satisfactory according Hilton standards. Possibilty to park the car below the hotel. 5 Min walk to the Old Staro Square. Everything is actually in walking distance. Karls bridge 15min walk.

Goed hotel maar niet spectaculair
Het is een prima hotel. Service is goed. Wij hadden er wel wat meer van verwacht. De kamer is ouderwets ingericht, vooral de badkamer maar ook het meubilair is niet van deze tijd. Op het vliegveld hebben we de hilton airport transfer genomen, jammer dat de chauffeur tussen de gasten door rookte in de auto. Met een vier maanden oude baby wil je echt niet in een rokersauto zitten. Heel smerig. Service is verder heel goed en resto en bar duur vergeleken bij rest van de stad. Eten is ok maar niet spectaculair. Babybedje stond klaar was top. Jammer dat niet roken kamer stonk naar rook, kregen gelijk andere kamer na verzoek.

Belachelijke prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Hotel ligt prima. Maar €450,-- per nacht voor overnachting met ontbijt voor een zogenaamde "executive kamer" is een belachelijke prijs, waarvoor je wel top kwaliteit mag verwachten. Dat was het absoluut niet. De executive lounge had meer weg van een wachtruimte van een trein station. Horeca medewerkers vriendelijk. Receptie wilden mij ook nog extra kosten vragen voor wifi toegang, maar dat boden ze later aan, zonder dat ik daar op aandrong overigens. Tijdens ons verblijf kwamen er van Expedia nog goedkopere aanbiedingen binnen voor hetzelfde hotel. Voor mij geen Hilton meer, waar dan ook. Één keer beetgenomen lijkt me voldoende!

Great location within easy walking distance to tourist sites. Very warm and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast.

my baggage was delayed for 3 days and i have no baggage while arriving the hotel. I understand that it's the trend that hotels not to provide toothpaste and tooth brush anymore, but surprisingly, the room seems provide nothing, even just a box of tissue is not available inside the room? Bathrobe, comb, tissue inside room is all missing. Anyway hotel provided the above after I made the request but it is still surprise that these toiletries is all missing unless you requested for this in such a 5 or 6-stars hotel.... And all the USB charger in the room is out of order. Hotel sent someone to check but after checking and confirming the USB charger is out of order, no one come to fix it or change the room for me....

Staff was flexible in meeting our needs for early departure and for allowing us to eat breakfast the day we checked in. The concierge Barbaro was particularly helpful.

Flott sentrumsnært hotell, men..
Flott hotell, sentrumsnært. Store, fine rom med god plass på badet. Sengen var altfor hard for vår smak. Prisen på frokosten står ikke i forhold til det man får, men når det er sagt så er det god orden i spisesalen.

Good but not great
We stayed 30 October-2nd November. Hotel is in an excellent central location, perfect. However the bed was very hard and not comfy and the shower was temperamental. Overall, 7/10 stay, major pro is the location, but the room was far from perfect.

A must stay for Prague
Perfect location at the foot of Old Town. Surrounded by charm and interesting architecture. Concierge service excellent. The hotel service was excellent in all departments. Loved the oversized and lush bath towels. Food extremely good. Located close to night life and other attractions and historic sites. We can’t wait to go back and will stay there again.

위치도 좋고 직원분들 서비스도 좋고 조식도 맛있고 룸도 편하고 너무너무 좋았습니다 직원분들이 항상 웃으면서 대해주셔서 덕분에 조식먹으러 갈때마다 기분이 좋았어요 다만 체크인할때 데스크 직원 한명이 불친절했어요 다른 직원들은 다들 친절하고 소통도 잘하던데 그분은 왜 그러셨을까요? 영어실력을 자랑하고싶던건지, 제가 피곤해보여서 빨리 체크인 해주고싶어서 일부러 더 빨리 말했던건지는 몰라도, 뭐라는지 안들릴정도로 빨리 말하는건 서비스 정신이 없는게 아닌가요 ㅎㅎ 호텔에서 만난 첫인상은 별로였네요 항국잉분둘!!앙웃고있눙앙경쑨요쟈룰피하뎅요괜힝기붕나뽀잉뀨류뀩 뭐 암튼 다른 직원분들이 워낙 친절해서 프라하에서 기억은 좋습니다~~

Hotel is located at a very central place. Staff is great. Very helpful, friendly and accommodative. The rooms are nice and clean. Washroom looked very new. Only problem with the room was there was no view. But it didn’t matter to me as I was there only for 1 night. Overall it was a very comfortable and please t stay. Have to mention the lady at the information desk was awesome. She recommended me to visit a jazz club called the Reduta. That was one of the best jazz clubs I have been to. If you are a jazz lover and want to visit a jazz club in Prague, check this out!
