Leuk hotel op super locatie. Echt een aanrader, maar verwacht geen super de luxe 4sterren hotel. Bed is best oke maar niet super. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molto caratteristico che affaccia direttamente sul ponte carlo e sul canale. Ottima pulizia, colazione a buffet ben fornita, dal dolce al salato. Le camere sono carine ma un pochino spoglie, ma per il resto tutto molto bene.

The Hotel Certvoka is next to the Charles bridge and the area is full of exquisite buildings, monuments and parks along the river; the place is nice and clean, and the breakfast that was included was delicious with a great variety of meals to start your busy day in Prague. I recommend this hotel.

I love that Hotel Certovka is a small property, has a super terrific staff, delicious breakfast, situated right next to Charles Bridge. I stayed in Room 21, from which I sat at the window and watched the crowds of locals and visitors stroll by while listening to the humming of the boat motors as they cruise up and down the canal below.

Bad and Unprofessional customer service ever
I booked this hotel for my wife to celebrate her birthday during 4 days in her favourite city (Prague). So, next is what she experiences with hotel Certovka staying: Unfortunately it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received! The old lady (I guess her name is Evelyn) at the reception desk was so rude and unresponsive for any reason! The sink in my room was plugged up and I complained about it to receptionist on my very first day of staying. The next day it wasn’t fixed and I went to reception and asked nicely about it again, but instead of apology she says (with attitude) that she was in my room and checked it out personally and found nothing wrong with it!?! I have a proof of that sink working improperly and I never asked her for anything else (like my money back or change the room) then I don’t see any reason to be so rude to me, especially on my birthday. Same rude respond I got from her for all my questions regarding the night check out (when nobody/receptionist is there, which is so inconvenient for every customer I spoke to over there) and breakfast to go - she’s basically said that it’s my problems!?!… The only one good thing about this place is its location, but everything else is just not really good. The hotel room was outdated, the shower was so small and not really clean (with no shampoo provided), the room a/c has only cold air mode, the power outlets was so far from the bed and there were just 2 of them. So based on that I wish we should have refund.
Sink was not properly drained by and was not fixed during the whole stay even after 3rd client’s reminder

Très bel hôtel et le service était top. Bon emplacement. Bon petit-dej. Il n'y a pas du café/thé dans la chambre ni fer à repasser. Mais en gros, cet hôtel est un très bon choix pour visiter Prague.

Ottima struttura per posizione, romanticità, accoglienza, funzionalità e pulizia. La camera (n.12 secondo piano, con affaccio sulla stradina parallela vista sui tetti e castello) l'abbiamo trovata molto spaziosa e ordinata, così come il bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Colazione ottima con la possibilità di chiedere al momento gustose omelette al personale sempre disponibile. Tutto perfetto!

In love with Praga
Since we got to the hotel, the personal was very nice, knew our names, gave us a room in 1st floor, nice view of the canal and the Carlos bridge. Breakfast very good, service overall excelente.

The property is walking distance to everything and is in a very hip and vibrant area. The rooms vary in size so make sure you pick a large one if you need space. The staff was helpful and the breakfast omelettes were tasty.

Great location - convenient to most everything
Only real negative comment is in regards to the wi-fi. It was terrible. No coverage in the room. You had to go down to the lobby in order to get any Internet. Would stay here again based on everything else.

I liked that the hotel was small, quiet, but close access to the sights I wanted to see. All could be done on foot. The staff was most pleasant and able to speak in my language extremely well.
