Very friendly personnel and just a good hotel. Nothing fancy, bar/restaurant in same building is nice, walking distance from center. Taxi arrangements all on time. Perfect. The room at the street side was a little bit noisy with the trams.

Fijn, rustig, kleinschalig hotel, vlakbij het cent
Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad in dit kleinschalige, rustige hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Genoten van een goed verzorgd ontbijt in een gezellige ontbijtruimte, kamer netjes en het ligt dicht bij het centrum. Het enige minpuntje: er is geen kluisje met cijferslot aanwezig. Ach, als dat alles is, gewoon reserveren!!!!

disappointment...
When I booked this hotel, I got the impression that I found a very good one. However, besides the personnel, the only good thing was the location because it is close to public transportation, city center, etc. I spent three nights in this hotel and the last night I discover that my suitcase was opened during my absence and "somehow" a bracelet disappeared. When I noticed, I notified this immediately to the reception and they told me that their housekeeping personnel was trustable. That was the only reaction I got. So, unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

more than you can wish for, for this price!!!!!!!!
very nice hotel just outside the citycenter but very close to the metrolines b/c. Very friendly atmosphere and good restaurant. The breakfast buffet was sublime with a variety of foods (cold and hot) for everyone. All persons of the hotel speak good English and are very very friendly. I definetely would like to recomodate this hotel to everyone and if i ever visit Prague again will stay in this hotel. You can't find any better than this for this price!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geen 4 sterren maar toch tevreden
Receptie en bar personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam , dit zonder veel show te verkopen. Hotelkamers ( een enkele en een dubbele ) waren beide in nette staat , goed bed , goede badkamer. Isolatie van de straatkant prima. De muren tussen de hotelkamers zijn echter naar de dunne kant en je moet echt niet veel moeite doen om de buren te horen.Geen airco maar dat was in Mei niet echt een probleem.Ontbijt was ok maar we stelden toch vast dat het af en toe wachten was op koffie of aanvullen van broodjes beleg , eitjes. Op zich keuze genoeg maar dit is toch iets waar Mucha een extra inspanning zou kunnen leveren. Het verzamelen van de borden om dan met een winkelkarretje te vervoeren naar de keuken is op zich een grappig scenario maar niet iets wat je zou verwachten in een 4 sterren hotel ;-) Internet in de lobby ( 1 pc ) is ok , wirless is aanwezig maar niet getest. Drank prijzen in Bar en Minibar zijn goedkoop. Ondergrondse parking in het hotel aan de andere kant van de straat ( overeenkomst met Mucha ) vond ik een superveilige oplossing.Parkeren op de straat zou ik afraden , policiecontrole is frequent. Parking prijs is gelijkaardig als in belgische parkergebouwen , goedkoper dan de luchthaven. Conclusie : prijs kwaliteit waren we zeker tevreden ik kan het hotel niet afraden maar je mag er niet naar toe met de verwachting van in een supper luxe 4 stellen hotel terecht te komen. Maar voor die prijs kan je dat ook niet verwachten vind ik. . Hope it helps !

The area was a little shady. There is graffiti everywhere and at one point there was a guy following me and cat calling me when I was coming back late at night. However, the inside of the hotel is very welcoming and I immediately felt safer upon coming inside. The lobby is clean, well lit and well decorated. The lights on the stairs are motion censored so that freaked me out a little but I got used to it. The room was clean, warm and had refreshments in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap. Breakfast was the best part, the dining hall is very pretty and the selection of food was amazing. Only downside is the location but other than that this is a great place to stay.

We had a deluxe room, which was very spacious, recently renovated and was very clean and smelled new. The one thing I didn't like was the constant smell of onions in the hallways, but later found out it's due to a common entrance with the Indian restaurant downstairs. I guess that's where the smell was coming from. Other than that - breakfast was rich and the food was restocked very quickly. Staff were nice but in a Czech way, not the western-smiley way, more like a serious a bit unfriendly(rather serious) looking but overall they are good. Would definitely stay there again.

Ein akzeptables Hotel, nicht mein Favorit
Die Zimmer sind dunkel, weil sie länglich mit einem kleinen Fenster ausgestattet sind. Viel Lärm von der Strasse (Strassenbahnen) und laute Musik beim Frühstück. Es ist ein 3-Stern Hotel, sicher nicht ein 4-Stern, für das sie sich verkaufen

Die Unterkunft war (Suit)war in Ordnung. Alles da was man benötigt es wird Tee,Kaffee Wasserkocher sowie eine Flasche Wein kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Sauberkeit war auch ok.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Nichts zu bemängeln. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr doll nach fritierten -gebratenen gerochen hat Vermutlich wird die Wäsche neben der Küche gelagert.Und das Wasser riecht sehr doll nach Chlor was beim Duschen nicht stört aber beim Zähneputzen war es schon sehr eklig.

The worst customer service by one EMPLOYEE
The location of hotel and transportation to other place is no issue. BUT the lady who works in the reception desk has the worst service that i never had with other hotels... not friendly and showing her emotion every words that she says to customers... I will never ever come visit this hotel again. Not recomended to anyone. 독일에살면서 체코 프라하 처음 가족여행왓는데...이건 진짜 아닌가 할정도로 불친절하네요....이 리뷰로 직원 교육이 잘되길 바라지만... 아시안인종차별인지 모르겟지만...너무 말한마디한마디가 깔보는 느낌이네요... 여기 호텔 비추합니다.
