This is by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered!! My sister and I stayed her for three nights and had the most wonderful time!! From the second we arrived, we were treated to snacks and wine in the lobby and given an overview of Prague sites, tours, dining options, bars etc. The concierge talked with us for about 45 minutes about our itinerary and took care of transportation and bookings for everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere of the lobby feels like a friendly/warm bed-and-breakfast. We wish we could have stayed a week here!!

Very nice, small, hotel with a personal touch. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect located, just a few minutes walk from Old Town main square but still calm and quiet. Complimentary drinks are offered in the lobby, very appreciated! Rooms are ok, clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel and I could stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful. Stop searching for more hotels and just book if your dates are available. They deserve every great review written so far. In 25 years of traveling never seen exceptional staff or service like that - You cannot say enough good things about the staff. They took care of literally everything from dinner reservations, tours and local transportation. Felt like royalty for 2 days. Hotel is an old convent & stable with cobble floor lobby. Very unique Lobby service with drinks and place to sit / socialize with others

We’ve never experienced the level of customer care and attention that the hotel staff provided. It was AMAZING. They took care of everything and did so with very cheerful and happy disposition. The hotel is in a great old town location and walkable to everywhere. Our room was beautiful but not lavish. Breakfast was included and excellent - many options. The staff happily delivered us to the train station when our stay was over - but only after packing us a “care kit” with fruit, water and sandwiches for the train ride. They also would have happily picked us up at the train station when we arrived (we were not aware of that). Victoria and Lucia were so fantastic to deal with. Victoria recommended The Blue Duckling for dinner and it was the best meal of our entire trip. We’d give the property six stars if was possible!

Was diese Unterkunft einmalig macht, ist der herausragende Service von jeder/m Mitarbeiter/in. Das Gefühl ehrlich gern gesehen zu sein war sehr schön. Ein weiterer Punkt waren die sehr leckeren selbst gemachten Kuchen beim Frühstück. Parken konnte man direkt um die Ecke inkl. Videoüberwachung.

Outstanding boutique hotel with highly customer orientated staff. A lot of great details and cosiness in the hotel and in the attention. Very well located in the Center, near everything Prague has to offer and located in a very calm street. Outstanding, a perfect 10/10.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to the Old Town. What makes it special are the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave us really good dining suggestions as we are vegetarian. Hope to visit Prague again one day and will definitely book here again!

The best service of any hotel anywhere
There are really no words to describe the level of service at Agnes! The staff are without doubt the most welcoming and hospitable of anywhere I’ve stayed in the world. From meeting us at the train station, to offers of drinks each time we passed through reception, to the advice, and the included breakfast each morning. As well as Frank, Lucy and the other amazing staff, the hotel itself is also fantastic. The building is beautiful with lovely decor and the room exceeded expectations. It was so comfortable with sophisticated design and a great bed. The location is perfect for walking and is right in the old town near plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. I’ve run out of superlatives haha. There is nowhere else I would choose to stay in Prague. Do not hesitate to book Hotel Agnes. You will not regret it. Thank to so much for a wonderful stay!

Hat alles gefallen. Kostenlos parken, Sauberkeit, ruhige Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe manche zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette und freundliche Personal. Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen. Gute Frühstück. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. Alles war super.

We stayed at the Agnes Hotel for 4 days in Prague. We loved everything about the hotel from the owners to staff including Elena, Lucia and Stefan. They are very friendly, proactive in making us feel at home, highlighted all the must see and do areas in Prague, showed us how to get around. The hotel infrastructure is newly maintained, very clean, public areas is very comfortable and spotless. The room, furniture, bed and bedding, bathroom were clean and comfortable. Room was soundproof. Had great sleep every night. Overall was a 5 of 5 star experience. This is the top 3 hotel we have stayed in compared to others in Europe, Asia, US/Canada.

Hotel residence Agnes was perfect in every way. Excellent location near town centre but quiet street. Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and welcoming. Even drove us to castle and airport and insisted on doing so as complementary offer. Breakfast buffet was fresh and generous. Clean tasteful facilities. Reception staff very helpful in suggesting tours and advice. Fully recommend this hotel and hope to visit again one day.

Tolles Hotel, klein aber fein. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit ist excellent. In solch einer perfekten Form noch nie erlebt. —- macht weiter so ! — Sauberkeit sowie das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet sind ebenfalls top. Wieder mal in Prag, nur noch dieses Hotel.

Incredible Stay
I travel a lot for work and stay in really nice places. I have never had service near as good as we received at Hotel Agnes. The staff goes above and beyond over and over again. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was and loved all of the extra touches.

The best service you can want
The level of service at this hotel is among the best I have ever experienced and I have occasionally stayed at some of the world’s best. The staff wants you to enjoy every moment of Prague with endless offers of complimentary drinks and rides to pick you up at the train station. The location is perfect in a charming location so close to all the important sites to see. The property has wonderful local character and is clean and comfortable.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Large comfortable bed and clean room and excellent breakfast. If I had to be super critical, I would mention the noise of the wardrobe within the room on opening and closing, this can be heard in adjacent rooms, but overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would definitely return
