Genieten!
Mooi centraal gelegen in het oude stadscentrum. Met goede wandelschoenen is alles te belopen.

Locatie is goed. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Restaurant COMO lekkere gerechten. Hotel is echter dringend aan renovatie Kleine donkere kamers. Hotelfoto’s stemmen niet overeen huidige situatie. Zeker geen 5 sterren hotel!!!!

Nice hotel amidst all the hustle and bustle
Jalta is a nice hotel, has a nice staff and agreable amenities. We loved the outside terrace; the menu as well as the personnel. The room offered by expedia was small but had everything needed. Next time we would opt for a slightly bigger room upfront at the wecnslasplatz. So we would definately stay there again.

de kamer is niet schoon; ik heb hotel shuttle bus besteld, de bus is nooit geweest. toe moest ik het hotel bellen en niemand was bij de balie. ik heb heb andere tax naar hotel. Hotel heeft geen excuus gegeven.

Great staffs helpful and kind as soon as you step in. Very professional. We had a very comfortable stay! The bed the bath and products were great! I wished there was a proper coffee machine. And more plugs / usb in the room. Don’t miss the bunker museum underneath! A Must and free for guests of the hotel. Special THANK YOU to the 3 fantastic staffs at the reception and amazing Guide hosting us at the bunker

Recommendation
Our first meeting was with a warm and positive gentleman who facilitated us getting the key before the scheduled time. The hotel is located centrally and allowed us to easily walk around the city center. The size of the room was sufficient for our needs, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel!

방이 넒어서 좋고 욕실도 깨끗하고 청소도 매일매일 해줘요 어느 관광지든 다 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리에요. 바로 옆에 가격이 진짜 저렴하고 큰 의류 매장이 있어서 젤 좋았어요. 도착한 첫날 너무 추워서 기모래깅스도 사고 경량패딩도 샀어요

On the square
Very close to the main train station. The WIFI, shower, and hair dryer were fantastic. Mattress is on the firm side-if you like that. breakfast was pretty good. Down side, I wish there was a luggage stand and did not use l'occitane products (fragrance is way too strong)… the local manufaktura would be so much better. Also, I would like an outlet closer to the bed. However, if you want to be on the Square or within walking distance to the train station, this is for you.

Dining area big and charming with big windows. Room mostly quiet except for guests on their balconies at two in morning! I had problems with an unpleasant woman on reception but her colleague when I left was polite, charming and helpful. In the Czech republic you have to tolerate rude people. Fact of Life. I slept well and breakfast was good. Hotel therefore was fine at the end of the day. Not the most gracious but acceptable as a tolerable 4 star. How they got 5 is a mystery to me! Could be the facade!

Nice hotel but rooms look a lot more dated than the photos would suggest. Rooms didn’t seem to reflect the overall look and feel of the hotel.

Dear Kelly, thank you for your comment. The style of the building and the rooms is 1950’s chic. All bathrooms were refurbished in 2023/24 with new A/C throughout all rooms in 2023/24 also, but we kept the style in 1950’s intentionally.

not at all like in the pictures.
from pictures the hotel look nice and luxury. in the reality...it's another story. the room is old and sadly furnished. the shower is in the bathtub. so you have to climb to get a sower! the restroom is quite new but due to this showering solution...is not well done. breakfast is really sad too. in general i feel it is too expensive for what they offer. I would not suggest it.

Dear Giovanni, We do feel that our pictures show exactly the rooms. Some people prefer the option of a shower or a bath hence most of the rooms are that configuration. We offer rooms with only a shower if you request. We are sorry you did not appreciate the extensive breakfast buffet which most guests enjoy.

Unwelcoming staff
The location of the property is good, the manager allowed us to change room the following day to a bigger one. The rest of the team in reception were very unwelcoming, did not acknowledge us when getting in or out the hotel. Breakfast was very average, and they do not know how to make a fried egg, all lookes dry, the front of house of the restaurant were very rude and unprofessional, looks like if your breakfast is included in the hotel you are ignored by them, oky attention is for outside customers. The breakfast room is a clubthat makes it weird to eat. The manager in the restaurant might need some customer service training, she was very dismissive and unwelcoming. The room needs some attention but was very quiet. We would not choose this hotel again.

The restaurant has been redecorated in January 2024 and it is much more in line with the hotel atmosphere

A lovely hotel in a great location
Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, lovely air conditioned room ( very much needed given the heat in Prague when we went). Buffet Breakfast was tasty will good range of hot and cold options. Would recommend to others

Do not stay here
The check in process was great. She was the ONLY pleasant employee except the one concierge. We had no air conditioning and they tried to convince us we did. We had to sleep with the balcony door open to get any type of air circulation. So the noise from the street kept us up all night. While the location was great, until they have new leadership I would actually take this off of a recommended hotel list. It was horrible.

The staff were all super friendly & helpful. The room with a balcony (no chairs provided) was at the noisy front of the hotel so barely got any sleep during the nights. The room I was allocated was dated, dusty and smelt musty when I arrived. The room was cold even it got chilly overnight, and was warm when it got hot outdoors. It’s my second stay at the hotel and I’m afraid will be my last. The first time the room was light & fresh, and had a bigger bathroom, but for the pricey amount I paid per night - I’d have expected better standard of accommodation.
