Amazing amazing amazing. Modern renovated appartments. So classy and so convenient. Walkable to everywhere. Loved it and will always stay there. I extended because of the amazing spacious rooms they have.

Die Unterkuft an sich war klasse. Es war ein top standart und sauber. Sehr laut durch Straßenbahn u Touristen aber nicht zu ändern wenn man in die Innenstadt möchte. Das negative war das Frühstück. Es wird als lunchpaket geliefert und man kann zwischen 3 Arten wählen. Für uns nichts. Und auch das Parkproblem. Wir haben weit ausserhalb geparkt um etwas bewachtes u bezahlbares zu inden.

Great design, lots of space. Kitchenette with induction stove but not freezer, microwave or toaster. No ice available. Free drinks and pack of chips was great bonus. All questions averted immediately by AI not through whatsapp. Most deficient eat the the historic, classy but well priced Cafe Louvre right across the street.

Zimmer wirklich toll, jedoch brummten im Hinterhof 24/7 Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster stark zu hören waren. Bis nachts um 2 Uhr war Party auf dem Stockwerk angesagt. Eine Kommunikation mit dem Chatbot führte zu keiner Lösung. Der deutsche Support versuchte sich zu kümmern, aber es passierte nichts. Letztendlich hab ich mich darum gekümmert. Arbeiten am nächsten Tag war nicht möglich. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Auch Türen hört man stark, wenn sie zuklatschen. Zumindest von meinem Zimmer aus (305). Zimmertausch nicht möglich da ausgebucht laut numa. Im Internet konnte man aber noch Zimmer bekommen. Service unter aller Kanone.

Pros: Cheerful, efficient staff; pleasant garden, adjacent parking decent restaurant & breakfast. Cons: air conditioning nearly useless - locked out at around 26C. Stifling, hot room. Also in the breakfast area there was a line and a long wait to get coffee because of one very slow coffee machine. They need a separate machine or pot just for ordinary coffee so that there's not lines waiting.

I used Numa apartments in Vienna as well, always delivers the highest stands, perfect locations, clean, modern, livable. Communication is also very efficient. I needed to extend same room and it took me a few minutes to arrange for it.

The appartment was very comfortable, bright and spotless. Communication with Numa was very good. It is very central with everything being within easy walking distance. There are two supermarkets nearby and lots of little shops. They also have luggage lockers which are very convenient if arriving before the check in time or leaving after the check out time. The only thing I will point out is that there is no fridge, just a bottle cooler, however, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

A nice hotel in a good area. A bit odd getting used to a hotel without a staff, but welcome to 2023. Could use a sheet in the room telling you how everything works, didn't figure out until day two that i had A/C. Cleanliness was excellent. No breakfast, gym, etc, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep its hard to beat.

What a wonderful place! Slick, spacious, safe, close to restaurants and attractions. Excellent communication via Whatsapp, we got the directions on how to get into the property and apartment. Address easy to find, which is not always the case. Separate AC units is bedroom and living room/kitchen area, and both worked great. Just loved it. Would definitely stay again here.

We rented two of the apartments, and they were both excellent. Checking into the building and rooms was smooth, and communication with the team (when needed) was quick and easy via WhatsApp. Would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. No in person check-in but the process was easy and we managed it without any trouble. The location was perfect for us, close to the things we wanted to see and also close to a tram stop. The tea and coffee in the rooms were excellent!

When I came to first check into my room, there were people fixing the AC in there. They gave me a glass of wine and chocolate as an apology, but it would have been nice to have had a heads up. The bathroom also smelled very bad for some reason and the smell would get worse overnight. Other than these two downfalls, the hotel was overall nice and set in a great location. The bed was comfortable and there were free snacks in the room.

Beautiful, wide room with welcome gifts and a stunning view (we were at the seventh floor and we could see Prague skyline up until the castle). The only thing i didn't like was the fact that there's no concierge (thoug there are a lot of security cameras) and especially at night it's not the safest thing (we were careful not to show the pin code accessing the building but maybe someone could be less careful and anybody seeing the code could have entered the building at any time). Anyways, i really recommend this apartment!

New style hotel to me. With no front dedk all communicate were vis WhatsApp chat which was fast and easy. The room eas very spacious and had everything you need. Along with a great view. We would be happy staying there again.

What a great find! The place was better than expected. Sparkling clean, spacious, modern, and in a very accessible area. I was traveling solo and felt comfortable and secure. The communication was efficient and the wifi was strong. The only issue I had was that the shower (which was great) seemed to drain slowly. But I really enjoyed staying at Numa Poise and recommend for anyone.

good location easy to access have basically everything，but toilet smells terriblly bad all the time，outside street is noisy 24/7 so we can not open the window but the air conditioning makes the room very dry and uncomfortable. There are coffee machine available on the table but no outlet nearby，so I have to put it on the ground. Overall room is quite small.
