Ligging uitstekend, kamer aan de krappe kant, bedden uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Oud pand met veel trappetjes op en af, waardoor niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen.

Enjoyable with close proximity to the square!
Just a little loud due to the central location and the weekend! Close to everything and spacious and super clean! Would return for sure!

Enjoyed our stay at The Golden Age ... located almost perfectly between old town and the Winceslas shopping district. Be sure to ask for more pillows - the pillows are ultra soft and flatten out easily, not giving much support.

The location cannot be beat, though parking is a major issue. We ended up parking on the street some distance away and taking an Uber. The staff were okay but not the friendliest or most helpful. The room was excellent, no complaints at all.

Our private bath was not connected to our room and we had to go out in a private hall to access it. Very old and run down. Not as pictured at all. Our most disappointing hotels.com booking to date.

centralt läge, litet och charmigt.
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra. Nära allt. Men bor man centralt får man räkna med lite väsen utifrån. Det är ett väldigt litet hotell, men det är charmigt. Hyfsad frukost. Jag gillar frukost så hade gärna haft mer att välja på.

Mysigt litet hotell
Underbart litet hotell mitt i gamla staden. Vi bodde i royal suite, vilket väl är ett generöst tillägg. Rummet hade atmosfär, sköna sängar och dessutom AC. Underbart område. Frukosten var liten men innehöll allt man behövde.

Pleasant stay in heart of city!
Fantastic location with friendly, helpful staff. The building is really rustic but added to the ‘authenticity’ of the city. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. But it should be noted that there is no elevator and while this wasn’t a problem for me, it could be for others.

Located in the heart of the old town, you can't get much closer to the centre of the action in this city. The hotel itself is quite quirky - there really is no reception (or check-in) after 10pm. As other reviewers note, there are NO lifts, it's stairs all the way - and there's no air conditioning, although a fan is provided. My room was large and spacious, and situated on the side of the building away from the market which is a lot quieter. It is worth upgrading to the deluxe room for that reason alone - the street outside is noisy long into the night. The "free" breakfast is nothing special, but it will certainly keep you going until lunchtime at least. The staff are friendly, and ready to answer any questions you might have. The shower is also very good. If you're looking for a decent mid-range hotel in Prague Old Town that isn't a complete rip-off (and isn't a hostel in disguise), you could do a lot worse than the Golden Age.

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Age Prague, which is centrally located in Old Town. The price was excellent, and the room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning. The hotel is a bit dated in places, but is really excellent value for the price. Hotel staff were very friendly and kind. Bear in mind: because the location is so central, the area around the building can get a bit loud after the clubs let out in the early hours of morning. Our room was on the first floor, and so we heard this most nights, although it didn't negatively affect our stay in any way. The hotel is also in an older building, and so there are only stairs, which could make it inaccessible for some guests.

Posizione ottima, carini i cioccolatini trovati sul letto (2 finti soldi di cioccolato per intenderci quelli che metto nella calza della befana a mia figlia), sulle tazze da the c'erano dei peli, ninte bidet, al mattino ti svegli sudato fradicio con una puzza nauseante di burro di arachidi che devi alzarti per spalancare le finestre. Cavi elettrici scoperti sia in bagno che delle luci.
