Het is een mooi hotel gelegen op een gunstige locatie,ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd.Personeel is vriendelijk en service is prima.De sphere is prima in het hotel en voelt erg historisch.Voor mij gewoon goed en heb er een leuke en goede tijd doorgebracht, zonder iets te klagen.

Prima hotel
Prima hotel, wij hadden een junior suite, daar hadden we iets meer luxe verwacht. Matrassen, daar liet de bovenkant van los. Bed werd enkel met laken opgemaakt. Douchen is in het bad. Zeer gehorige kamer, omdat je in het oude deel zit met de restaurants en barretjes tot diep in de nacht veel lawaai.

Really great location close to Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. Right in the heart of things. Staff were great too!

リスティングにはランドリー設備とありますがランドリー設備はありません。クリーニングサービスのみです。リスティングは嘘です。 また、エレベーターはありますが、4階の部屋へは3階でエレベーターを降りて階段を上らなければなりません。 部屋には梁がめぐっており気をつけないと頭をぶつけます。 エスプレッソマシンはありますが、エスプレッソのカプセルはないので自分で購入しなければなりません。それ以前に、このエスプレッソマシンが汚い。タンクにいつのものかわからない水が残っていて、カップの受け口の台はコーヒーのカスだらけ。使う気になりません。 バスルームはバスタブがありますが、仕切りが浴槽の1/3程度の長さしかないため、床はびしょびしょになります。 予約の段階で朝食を予約しなければ、1食18ユーロになりますので朝食を検討される場合は最初から付けておくことをオススメします。 フロントスタッフは献身的に色々なことをやってくれますが、ホテルのシステム自体は融通が利きません。 広場に程近く、周りに何でもあるので立地は良いですがその分夜はパブで酔っ払った若者の声がやかましい日もあります。

Dear guest, first of all I would like to thank you for you feedback. I am sorry that you did not contact our reception regarding your issues. We do not have laundry inside of our hotel, but offering this service. Laundry is brought to you back just next day if you leave it on the reception in a morning. Please, I have to mention that our building is from IV century and it is under UNESCO so yes we have elevator up to the 3rd floor only, but if that cause you problem we always happy to offer you another room. It is always enough to ask on the reception. On behalf of minibar where you have complimentary tea and coffee facilities you may buy our minibar items from the reception and caplses are belong to the selling items. This information is just on your working desk on the room. Bathroom is just standard as in all Europe 1/3rd or other way it can cause an accident for our guests. I would recommend to have price category with a breakfast when you making your reservation and i am happy that you liked our breakfast and found our staff helpful. Hope next time you will enjoy your stay and if there is anything i can do for you, do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Loved the charm of this property! Beautiful old Czech charm with modern amenities! It was so conveniently located to shops, restaurants, bars & attractions! Would stay again if travel plans ever bring me back to the area!

Dieses Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und ist wirklich erstaunlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und werden bald wiederkommen.

Best check in and reception service ever from Adam he was amazing, so helpful and polite couldn't have asked for any better. The room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping very good. Comfy bed and large warm room. Great location a bit of noise from the street at night but to be expected. Breakfast very good and the lady that cooked every morning was super helpful despite the language barrier and did a fantastic omelette. Highly recommended, we stayed 4 nights over Christmas and had a fantastic time.

5stars for the staff! Excellent people, very helpful, polite and friendly. Location is perfect for old town, everything just a few minutes away walking and lots of bars, restaurants etc. right outside. Rooms were big and comfy, especially with full sized luggage. We loved it!

Nice hotel. Good location. Do t get rooms on fourth floor unless you are young and have no luggage. No bellhops so front desk girl watched me carry heavy bags up two steep flights of narrow wooden stairs. Elevator doesn’t go past third floor. I am in my sixties and got no assistance. Then she opened our room and it was an attic room super small low beams in it that you have to duck under to use bathroom. And this was not a cheap room. So if you’re not on fourth floor you’ll probably like it. Breakfast was very nice

Great location, room was very comfortable, it was on fourth floor so heard no outside noise,was really happy with our choice of hotel,only small gripe is what should be a straightforward check in took 30 minutes

Overrated. Disappointing. Ask For Receipts.
Noisy location right next to busy pub and hash shops. Attic room meant lugging suitcases up a perilous spiral staircase. Walls in room in need of repair - so many marks on the walls and furniture. Terrible idea to site the bed between roof beams - hit our heads several times getting in an out of bed. Service in breakfast area was non existent the first morning. Marginally better the other two days. Buffet was horrid. Open jars of breakfast spreads to share with whole hotel etc, stale bread, nasty fruit juice and no one seemed to replenish anything - once it was gone, it was gone. Minimal choice. Very disappointed in breakfast. The only hotel we ever stayed in that you couldn’t charge a meal or even a drink at the bar to our room. Staff looked unhappy and as if cracking a smile hurt. Worst bit was being effectively accused of being liars upon checkout over the city tax which we’d been made to pay upfront in cash upon check in but there appeared to be no record of it and the check out staff clearly didn’t believe us. It left us with a really sour taste over what is essentially a very small amount of money. Too tip - make sure you get a receipt if asked to part with any money as they don’t believe you AND make a scene of it! Would not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend either.

A great spot right in the historic district of Prague. Lots of charm and uniqueness in the hotel. A large CBD store on the first level which is openly allowed and a LOT of smokers and smoke to get through to enter or exit the hotel.

The staff are just outstanding. Very polite and helpful. Always smiling. The property is in the historic center of Prague. It’s an antique building but very well maintained with all the comforts and amenities. Restaurant at the hotel also serves excellent food. Breakfast options are very good. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the hotel, but be sure to ask for a 4th floor room away from street noise. My friend was on the 3rd floor and could hear a little noise, so i’m glad i asked for a top floor room. Otherwise the stay for me was great and would recommend.

Superb stay in a magical city
Amazing hotel, in the heart of the old town, walking distance to many sights. The rooms were spacious. We stayed in rooms 305, 306 and 308. Superb service in terms of friendliness towards guests, in particular alua the receptionist.

Nice small hotel in the perfect location in Prague
The Dominican is perfectly located for those looking to stroll in Prague. It's a minute from the main square. There must be 40 or 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was very quiet. We're really glad our friends recommended we stay there.
