'The main building with view rooms was great But the other building where the most rooms where was disappointed over all. No value for money. The pool was great. The food under the level. We also eat one evening in the Michelin Star hotel. It was from the food side a total disappointment and much to exepensive. Wenn you pay more than 600€ for a night and they asked 5€ for a soft drink I have my questions. Then I feel it is only about money and not about the core business. And we eat at an other...

No hot water till the afternoon of the next day
Did not have towels, bedsheets for all individuals indicated in reservations
Unit was falsely advertised as it was under construction so the whole balcony was cut off - we couldn't access the balcony and we had workers walking in front of us so we had no privacy '
