'One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel'

'Ik heb helaas de Chikungunya opgelopen dus heb weinig van Ocho Rios kunnen zien maar des te meer van het hotel. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam geweest en heel lief voor mij. Het hotel is echt een aanrader en kamer 215 heeft een heel mooi balkon, echt geweldig. Het ontbijt vind ik wat minder had wat internationaler gemogen maar verder echt geweldig mooi.'

'I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
