'I will never stay there again. 1st you have to pay $12 a day to park while staying at the hotel. 2nd , no carts for luggage, i had to make 3 trips to my car to bring up luggage. 3rd you want coffee in the lobby you have to pay for it, no comp anything. 4th, TV kept going black every 5 minutes. 5th, tried to call front desk, phone cord kept falling out.'

'My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. '

'We stayed one night. It was a nice stay. In the morning we had breakfast and the staff was excellent. Helpful, friendly and gracious. '

'Ground floor room smelled horrible. Wanted to create a draft to air out the room and it turns out the nail in the window was removed—the nail that would have only allowed the window to be opened part way. Would not have mattered as the frame of the screen in the window was damaged (as if someone had tried to remove the screen from the outside) and would have allowed bugs into the room if the window was open. So, either way, I wasn’t going to get a draft going. Management sent someone to come...

'We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...
