'This was a quick overnight to enjoy my university town with my best friend, whom I met there almost 30 years ago! I had no idea this place existed behind Palmer’s! It was a great spot to walk around. Coffee and breakfast location just a short walk away, and the place itself was cozy and private. '

'Great location for floating the river at texas tubes! You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. Zip lines for the kids, darts, and great outdoor space! '

'We had our entire family gather here for a long 4 day weekend - 12 adults, 4 kiddos and 1 infant!There was more than enough sleeping space and the 2 separate casitas were great for those that wanted a little more seclusion! 'We had a wonderful time at the Big Haus. The house was perfect size for our group of 20 or so. While a strange layout of the home it was nice. The pool was the big hit. On an honest note, for the price per night over over 2000, they do need to stock the home with daily necessities like, paper towels, soaps, spices, baggies, nicer towels pool towels, more trash cans, trash bags, etc. while most people will bring their personals and own food, this is a must for a house of this size. 'Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. 'We enjoyed our stay in this RV property! The location was very convenient to everything san marcos had to offer along with resturants and grocery stores! Everything was clean and looked nice. The RV park was very quiet and calm with no loud music or neighbors, we felt very safe. Important to note that while the location does offer wifi, it's community wifi and is not secured, nor is it very fast, and would be difficult to use for working or streaming much during peak hours.
