'The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.'

'Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine'

'Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, the door to the room did not lock. When opening the door to leave, the frame fell off of the wall,...

'Very clean, great staff. Breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were somewhat undercooked and had that slimy texture but it could have just been an off day as we were only there for breakfast one morning. '

'Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...

'We have stayed here a few times when we visit my daughter who lives nearby. We usually have an amazing visit but this time we were disappointed that the hot tub was under construction and our room was on the other side of the electrical room so we did not sleep well due to the loud noises throughout the night. The upside is that we LOVE the ladies at the Bistro and they made our stay fabulous despite the hot tub issue. Most likely we will be staying elsewhere next time.'

'While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well. The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming.'
