'Most of our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind and friendly. The cheese and crackers offered around 5–6 PM were delicious, and the breakfast delivery service was excellent. 'The room was clean and the night clerk was fantastic. We had trouble entering our room and she came and told us to lift the handle instead of pushing down. She told us we could let her know if we needed anything else and we did. The TV wouldn't turn on. She came back and programed it because it was new and not set up yet. Didn't get her name but she was great!'
