'Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. 'Our family had a great stay at this home. Giacomo was very communicative and the property is exactly as listed. The area is beautiful and there are some pathways that are good to explore with nice weather. The pool in the basement was so great after a day of sight seeing in Florence. '

'This property was magical. We booked it as a post-wedding place for our extended family. We had 9 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone! The heated pool was pristine. The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!'

'We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...
