'The house was beautifully decorated. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. You can walk to the water in the backyard and go paddle boarding or kayaking which was great. The island is small so everything is close by. A golf cart was included which was also perfect. 'What an amazing property, the staff was the best, I can’t recommend this property enough. A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach to then be taken care of by the beach attendant for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, refreshments, towels, music,…. 'We found this property as described and as depicted in the photos, including the sprawling private beach and the assortment of water toys. We enjoyed 2 kayaks & a double kayak. 'This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. 'We needed a place to stay for one night, and this place worked out fine. It was clean and well stocked. It was bit farther from the beach than we expected, although with a golf cart that is not an issue. So if you need an inexpensive place to stay on Spanish Wells, this fits the bill. That said, I cannot really recommend coming to this island - especially if you want to experience the Bahamas, as there is really nothing Bahamian about this island. It is instead more more of a south Florida...
