'The Hotel stay was excellent in everyway. The checkin and checkout was done quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Every area in the hotel was clean and well kept. Lots of parking space. Very friendly staff and most helpful. Cinthia in particular at the front desk was very professional and made us feel at home. She helped us get some forms printed. 'Their was a blood stain on one of the beds, the smell was overwhelming I went to CVS to get spray, the shower was cold it never once turned warm, the room across was loud all night/ morning that I thought I was having a nightmare. I finally took a cold shower and was out of the room by 4:40 am. I informed the front desk I was checking out a day early all he could say was I’m not reimbursing your second day. I said no problem. With no good sleep I drove almost 8 hrs home. Never again!!'

'The man behind the counter was rude He made us wait a long tine to check in.Finally one of the women came out to explain the room was almost ready they had to fix a drawer.Well,it wasnt just the drawer,the beds werent made,the pillows we lying on a chair without the cases.They did fix everyrhing eventually.and there was no remote.We went out for dinner and I got sick.We had to leave a day early,i asked for a receipt, he said to contact Expedia.This man shouldnt be a hotel worker.The women were...
