'Breakfast was pretty good as usual. The room was adequate. We didn’t find out til we arrived that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction. (It was quite a mess and the hotel was full of construction workers and equipment). We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that. We did get to use a nearby hotel’s pool, which was nice, but had to drive there. We also didn’t realize they don’t clean rooms during your stay so had to ask for towels, shower gel and toilet paper. '

'Clean but for the price a fairly low budget feel. No elevator was a negative but not a deal breaker, not cool if you have lot of luggage or kids with bags. Kinda felt like a polished Motel 6.'

'The front desk attendee, Billy, was super at answer all my questions and concerns upon check-in, which was truly appreciative. He went out of his way to address my concerns of the property. Having the Denny’s Diner (open 24hrs) right across the street was a huge plus! It literally was across the parking lot. I went to the hotel’s free breakfast and felt it could have been a bit more but more but not holding that against them.'

'We reserved and paid for a multi-bed room. When we checked in just before 6 pm, we were assigned a one-bed room. We immediately came down to the front desk to notify the front desk of the mistake. But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. 'When we arrived to check in we were told we needed to pay a $100 “refundable” fee that we weren’t told about prior and weren’t prepared for. This fee was not on the receipt anywhere so we were just supposed to trust that it would be refunded “in a few days.” The room was very small and the beds were very firm/hard and quite uncomfortable.
