'Breakfast was poor. They served egg omelets, thet were still frozen in the center, waited 20 min for additional food, then 2 hours later I was in my room sick from the food and in the bathroom. I missed 1 full day of my vacation because of that. The room was nice, however there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher floor was dirty we used a towel to clean the room(would have called front desk however after we checked in we left to see family) so did not notice the dirty room until later that...

However our bathroom was cramped tight between the shower, toilet and door (pick 2 because all 3 cannot be used simultaneously), the door handle on the inside of the water closet fell off with a normal amount of force, and the towel rack above the toilet came off the 2 screws immediately, indicating someone else knocked it off and maintenance / staff either knew or didn't know about it. 'This was an extremely large room with a balcony! Who has a balcony nowadays. The balcony is large enough for several chairs although I only had two The Halls weThe Halls were relatively long that meant that the rooms wrote big so I had no complaints about that. In addition to The balcony was a magnificent view of the Foothills. I just asked for a view from the back. It'll be my go-to hotel when I'm back in Prescott'

'Room was great, staff were perfect and very helpful, pool, hot tubs, gym all great, and the laundry was also very good. We were too lazy to get up and eat breakfast but we took full advantage of the available restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!!!'

'Five stars if love quirky, quaint stays that are not big chain hotels. Each room is different and stocked with cute little decorations. You have a patio to enjoy the sun. Downtown whiskey row and restaurants are just a quick walk down the street.'
